(1) In case of any special situation, the power generation, transmission or distribution of an area has to be stopped or if the electricity service has to be provided immediately in an area, the Government of Nepal may issue necessary orders to the concerned power generation, transmission or distribution and It will be his duty to follow such orders.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall bear the compensation for the loss caused by following the order as per sub-section (1).
